All you need to know about the “Hassad” Rewards Program from Riyad Bank

Hassad program has been rewarding thousands of Riyad Bank customers and has transformed itself into a total relationship reward program, issuing points for using most of the bank’s products and services.

How to register for the Hassad program? 

Customers are automatically enrolled in the Hassad rewards program when they issue any of the bank’s card or open an account. 

How to collect Hassad points? 

With Hassad Rewards Program customers can collect points by using their credit card, Debit card, Sadad service, digital channel registration, and salary transfer. Customers can start redeeming rewards upon collecting 1000 points and above, they are also eligible for a SAR 100 voucher with every 1000 points.

The Cashback Credit Card, Purchasing Card and Charge Card are excluded from the rewards program. Moreover, all additional cards will earn points that can be added to the main card/account. Points will not be earned on cash advances, interest charges, cash payments into the credit card account, over limit fees, annual membership fees, and reversed or disputed transactions.

All points on qualifying transactions since the last statement are added to customers’ account on a monthly basis. The Riyad Bank Credit Card monthly statement will show the number of points accumulated and the total points available. Customers can also check available points through Riyad Online, Riyad Bank ATM and the Call Centre. 

How to redeem Hassad points?

Customers redeem Hassad points for vouchers at stores, restaurants and more. To redeem the vouchers customers need to visit Riyad Online or Riyad Mobile and request the voucher, customers can then print the voucher at any Riyad Bank ATM.
