All You Need To Know About the "Shukran" Rewards Program from The Landmark Group

Designed by the Landmark Group; Shukran Rewards Program includes several brands spread across the Arabian Gulf, Jordan and Egypt. With brands such as Max, Centrepoint, Splash and other trade partners that enriched the Shukran Program, it became one of the largest loyalty programs in the Middle East, with more than 10 million subscribers.

How to register for the program?

There are three options to enroll in the Shukran program:

1.  Visit one of the shops within the Landmark Group and request a registration form where the card is issued directly,

Shukran Membership Tiers

  • Silver membership: This is the basic membership tier that customers enroll in upon joining the program.

  • Gold Membership: This is the highest membership tier that customers can upgrade to within this program. Customers in this tier earn 1.5 times the points earned by customers of the Silver Membership and receive exclusive invitations to attend the activities of the Landmark Group and others.


How to earn Shukrans? 

“Shukrans” is the currency or points customers earn when they make purchases at of the brands within the Landmark Group. Points are earned based on the brand itself, sales season, and price after excluding taxes. Shukrans can be calculated here

Note that Shukran is one of the few programs that allow customers to earn points during the sales season as well.

Redeeming Shukran Points 

Members of the program must have a minimum of 200 Shukrans before they can redeem these points, knowing that the 200 points = 10 Saudi riyals.

Shukrans can be spent at any of the brands participating in the program, and points expire 24 months after the acquisition, however, it is important to note that membership and existing points will be automatically cancelled if the member does not use the card for 12 months.
