Mashreq bank gives travellers an ultimate travel Companion with its sMiles Mastercard which allows customers to earn miles on every spends made on the credit card.

How to register?

Customers are automatically enrolled in the Mashreq sMiles MasterCard program once they issue their card. They will need to register on the sMiles webpage in order to check their miles balance and redeem miles.

How to collect points?

 

Annual Miles

Customers earn 10,000 sMiles upon finalizing the payment of the annual fee which is equivalent to AED 300.

 

Spending Miles: 

 

· Customers can earn 1.5 sMiles on every 1 AED spent locally or internationally.

· Customers can earn 0.75 sMiles on every 1 AED spent on fuel, education or supermarkets.

· Customers can not earn miles on transactions that are done to cover government services, charities or any other bills.

 

Extra miles

· Customers can earn 10,000 sMiles when they spend AED 5000 within the first 30 days of receiving the card.

· Customers can earn 10,000 sMiles when they spend AED 40,000 within the first 12 months of card membership.

 



How to redeem Miles

 

Travel and Hotels:

 

· Customers can redeem sMiles to book a flight through sMiles website.

· Customers can redeem Miles to get a DragonPass which allows customers to access more than 850 Airport Lounges across the world and 32 Lounges in the GCC.

· Customers can redeem sMiles to book a hotel room through the sMiles website.

· Customers can redeem sMiles for Marhaba service where customers will have a guide to help them arrive into and depart out of Dubai airport.

 

Tourism and trips:

. Customers can redeem sMiles to enjoy a desert safari in UAE.
. Customers can redeem sMiles to book a tour of your choice in the UAE.
