What you need to know about the ATICO Jewels Reward Program in partnership with InvestBank
ATICO Fakhreldin Group is a Jordanian holding company, established in 1991, operating as a multi-service hospitality management company. Since its inception, ATICO Fakhreldin Group has expanded its reach and core business to encompass over 14 renowned restaurants, cafés and pubs - offering international cuisines, an events management company and a boutique hotel in Jordan and around the world. ATICO Jewels Reward Program in partnership with INVESTBANK is a joint rewards program and a Visa Platinum credit card where the Jewels may be primarily used at ATICO Fakhreldin Group outlets with the possibility of extending it to other merchants and shops. The Jewels reward program membership comes in the form of a loyalty card and a credit card in one, with the ability to activate either of the services separately or both, as the loyalty card would double as a credit card.
How to join?
For joining the ATICO Jewels reward programs, members simply sign up through the online form on the ATICO website or through INVESTBANK website directly.
Note that it is possible to join the reward program without enabling the credit card facility, as the application form has a checkbox for this specific choice. ATICO Jewels credit cardholders are required to pay JOD 120 annual fee after the 1st year if the credit card facility is activated.
How to earn ATICO Jewels?
ATICO Jewels can be accumulated by spending at any of the ATICO outlets in Jordan by simply showing the card at the time of payment. The point accumulation occurs automatically in case the payment is made with an ATICO Jewels credit card from INVESTBANK. Each Jewel is equal to one Jordanian Dinar on bills at any ATICO Fakhreldin Group outlet or by using the delivery service.
Tiers and benefits:
There are 3 different tiers for the Jewel Reward Program as follows:
Baguette Tier:
This is the basic tier that new joiners start when they sign up. Members earn 0.5 Jewels for each 10 JOD spent at ATICO group outlets and an additional 0.2 Jewels when paying with the Jewel INVESTBANK credit card. Spending on the member’s birthday entitles the holder to double points.
Marquise Tier:
Members get upgraded to this level once the annual spend at ATICO group outlets reaches JOD 5,000 within a 2 year period from signing up, and that entitles holders to earn 1 Jewel per 10 JOD spent at ATICO group outlets and an additional 0.2 Jewels when paying with the Jewel INVESTBANKCredit Card. Spending on the members birthday entitles the holder to double points in addition to a free birthday cake.
Brilliant Tier:
This is the highest tier in the Jewel Reward Program, which can be reached after a total spend of JOD 7,500 or more within two years of signing up to the program. Once reached, members earn 1.5 Jewels per 10 JOD spent, and the additional 0.2 Jewels per JOD paid at ATICO group outlets. A birthday visit for members of this tier also entitles the holder for a free birthday cake, although Brilliant members have the option for home delivery as well in addition to a complimentary Ramadan iftar invitation for up to 6 people.
All ATICO Jewel INVESTBANK credit cardholders are also entitled to 2% cashback on all their spends applicable automatically on their card. In addition, holders can enjoy special privileges and other superior advantages such as; medical and legal consultation, travel, shopping and entertainment in addition to comprehensive travel insurance and special discounts in various hotels and international restaurants. The Visa Platinum Card is globally recognized and accepted at all ATMs and point of sales in Jordan and abroad.
How to redeem ATICO Jewels?
Redemption of Jewels is easy and can be done at any ATICO outlet such as hotels or restaurants upon payment of the bill. Members are simply required to show their membership or credit card at payment, and the Jewels can be deducted from the account directly. Members are able to complement the point payment with card or cash as well at the outlet.
