All you need to know about the U by Emaar Rewards program in the UAE

U by Emaar Rewards Program is one of the most diverse programs in the UAE. The program includes unique experiences at most of the prestigious hotels and restaurants in the country.

How to register in the program

Customers can register for free through the website or at any of the hotels, resorts or restaurants participating in the program and issue the card immediately. In the case where customers register through the website, they get their cards when they visit any of the partners and give their phone numbers.  

U program Memberships 

The Black Card:

This is the first level of membership upon registration to the program. Customers are upgraded to the next membership level when they earn 9,999 points.

The card’s features include:

• 10% discount at partner restaurants.

• 10% discount at partner resorts and health facilities.

The Silver Card:

This is the second level of the U program, customers are automatically upgraded to this level upon reaching 10,000 points. 

The card’s features:

• 20% discount at partner restaurants.

• Late hotel checkout until 4 PM

• 25% discount at participating resorts and health facilities.

The Gold Card:

Customers are upgraded to this membership level upon reaching 25,000 points. 

The  card’s features:

• 25% discount at participating restaurants.

• Late hotel checkout until 4 PM

• Complimentary breakfast for two when staying at any of the partner hotels

• Upgrade hotel rooms. 

• 50% discount at participating resorts and health facilities.

• Free popcorn and soft drinks upon purchasing tickets at Reel Cinemas 

The Platinum Card:

This is the highest level of the U membership programs, customers are upgraded to this level upon reaching 60,000 points. 

The card’s features: 

• 30% discount at restaurants.

• Instant hotel booking with a 10% discount

• Late hotel checkout until 4 PM

• Free upgrade to a suite hotel room while staying at the address or Vida hotel

• Access to the Club Lounge in the Guest House

• Free transportation to and from Dubai Airport.

• 50% discount at participating resorts and health facilities

• Free Popcorn and drinks when purchasing tickets from Reel Cinemas

• 20% discount on membership fees at the Arabian Ranches Golf Club and Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club. This is offered for new subscribers only.

• 30% discount at the Dubai Opera

• Free use of Dubai Mall delivery service

• Access for two to the fashion showroom at The Dubai Mall.

• 2% discount upon purchasing a property from Emaar.

How to collect “U” points

Points are collected upon spending at restaurants, entertainment venues, resorts and hotels taking part of the program. In the exception of, bookings at Armani Hotel and spendings at restaurants or leisure facilities of the Rove Hotel.

Bonus points 

Customers can earn bonus points for booking wedding venues or hosting events at any of the participating hotels. Customers earn the equivalent of 5% of the total amount spent in points in addition to: 

• Upgrade to a Silver membership if customers spend AED 10,000

• Upgrade to a Gold membership if customers spend AED 25,000

• Upgrade to Platinum membership if customers spend AED 60,000

How to Redeem points?

Emaar points expire 24 months after the acquisition, they are calculated on the bases of every 10 Emaar Points = 1 AED. Customers can redeem these points for:
 

• Accommodation in participating hotels,

• Appointments at participating resorts and Spa facilities,

• Bookings are partner restaurants

Customers can book through the rewards site directly and pay with their points or show their membership cards to pay at the destination.
