Currently, the global Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts owns hotels in almost all leading Gulf countries such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain and Kuwait in addition to Frankfurt, London, Maldives, Mallorca and Shanghai. The brand offers the “Jumeirah Sirius” Rewards program to its customers from all over the world.

How to join the program

There are two ways to join Jumeirah Sirius at no charge:

• Online registration through the Jumeirah website

•  Visit one of Jumeirah hotels and resorts and fill in the application directly upon check in.

Blue Membership

This is the first level of membership customers enroll for when they join the program and below are its advantages:

• Free internet access at any of Jumeirah’s hotels or resorts.

• Get a free night to stay at any of Jumeirah’s hotels and resorts except for Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens.

• 10% discount at resorts and Spa facilities.

• 10% discount on entry to Wild Wadi Waterpark™ in Dubai for members along with 4 other guests

Silver membership

Members need 10,000 points to upgrade to the Silver membership, and the benefits they will gain are:

• Free internet access at any of Jumeirah’s hotel or resort.

• Complimentary breakfast for 2 when staying at any of Jumeirah’s hotel and resorts except Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens

• Late checkout until 4 PM.

• Free transportation in the Maldives for stays of five days or more.

• 15% discount at resorts and Spa facilities.

• 15% discount on entry to Wild Wadi Waterpark™ in Dubai for subscribers along with 4 guests

• 10% discount at any of Jumeirah’s restaurants

Gold Membership

Members need 40,000 points to upgrade to Silver membership and the benefits they will gain are:

• Free internet access at any of Jumeirah’s hotels or resorts.

• Complimentary breakfast for 2 when staying at any of Jumeirah’s hotels and resorts except for Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens

• Complimentary access to the Executive Club Lounge along with 1 guest when staying at any hotel or resort.

• Late check-out until 6 pm

• Complimentary airport transfers when staying at a hotel except for Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens

• Free upgrade of the hotel room.

• 20% discount at resorts and Spa facilities.

• 25% discount on entry to Wild Wadi Waterpark ™ in Dubai for subscribers along with 4 guests

• 10% discount at any of Jumeirah’s Restaurants

How to earn points?

Spend at Jumeirah Hotels, Resorts & Restaurants around the world:

• Members earn Two points in the membership balance which are points used to upgrade the membership level) and two points in the Jumeirah Sirius program for every 1 USD spent in Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts except Zabeel House from Jumeirah, The Greens.

• Members earn 1 point in membership and 1 point in Jumeirah Sirius balance for every 1 USD spent at Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens

• Bonus Points: Silver and Gold members earn 50% bonus points for every 1 USD spent at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts including at Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Green

• New members can earn points for the previous spending at any of Jumeirah’s hotels or resorts six months prior to enrolling for the Rewards Program. They will need to submit receipts or other proof of their spending in order to have the points credited to their accounts.

 How to redeem points?

All points earned are credited to members' account within 7 working days of acquisition. Customers can redeem points for either one of the following options:

• Travel: Customers can redeem points for airline tickets with partner airlines such as Emirates, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Japan Airlines and others.
