How to register for JANA rewards program?

All Banque Saudi Fransi individual customers are eligible to join the JANA rewards program. Registration for the program can be done for free at the customer’s FransiPlus personal account page.

How to collect JANA points?

The points can be earned on almost all the banking transactions or products through electronic banking channels and others. Points will be accredited one month after the transaction date and should be used within 3 years of that date.

How to redeem JANA points?

JANA Reward points can be redeemed for gift vouchers, donated to charities or transferred to partner accounts.

The Gift Catalogue on the FransiPlus website offers a long list of providers where customers can redeem their points against Electronics, beauty & health products, hotel bookings, tickets and vouchers for restaurants or entertainment parks.
The program also allows for donations to charities such as Furjiat, Ensan Association, Disabled Children's’ Association, and Eta’am Association.
JANA points can be transferred to either Al Fursan, the frequent flyer program for Saudi Airlines or Shukran points, Landmark’s rewards program.
Customers also have the option to convert their points into cashback on their card.
