All you need to know about the Aseel Rewards Program by The Saudi Investment Bank

In addition to the WooW Rewards program, the Saudi Investment Bank offers its customers “Aseel”: a unique loyalty program that offers instant discounts at more than 250 partners in the Kingdom which can be easily located within the SAIB Flexx application.

How to register to the Aseel program?

Customers are entitled to enrol to the Aseel program when they open an account at the Saudi Investment Bank and issue a SAIB debit or credit card. This service is free and customers do not need to transfer their salaries or register to benefit from the service. 

All SAIB credit and Mada Debit Cards are included in this program, as long as the customer’s information is updated as cards are linked to accounts and me be inactive if IDs or iqama are expired.   

How and where can customers benefit from this program? 

The program offers customers instant discounts or benefits from offers by partners within the Kingdom. There is no minimum spending amount required for customers to benefit from these offers and they can receive these discounts from the same merchant more than once. These offers could be seasonal as stated in the terms and conditions of the program and details of these offers are available on the SAIB website and will be removed from the website upon expiration.  It is important to note that the “Aseel” discount does not apply if the partner has an ongoing promotion.

Partners of the “Aseel” program are diverse and can be found on The Saudi Investment Bank website, SAIB Flexx application, Social Media Channels or through “Aseel” brochures available in all branches. Customers can also identify the partners through the “Aseel” sticker on the door or a paper holder that communicates the “Aseel” offer. Categories of partners include Restaurants, travel and tourism, shopping, lifestyle and others offering a wide range of services.
