How to join Zain Plus?
Joining Zain Plus is free of charge and is done automatically upon issuing a Zain phone number, as new customers are given the basic Silver Tier at signup. Members can be upgraded to different tiers based on their 3 months running spend according to the following:
Gold Tier: This tier is achieved when customers reach an average spend of 450 Saudi Riyals on their postpaid plan in the last 3 months
Titanium Tier: This highest tier is achieved when customers reach an average spend of 1350 Saudi Riyals on their postpaid plan in the last 3 months and an average consumption rate of SAR 450 per month for prepaid lines
How to earn Zain Plus Points?
Zain Plus points are earned by spending on the different postpaid subscriptions and services Zain KSA offers such as paying bills, internet bundles etc. based on the rate of 1 Zain Plus Point per 5 Saudi Riyals spent on the prepaid lines for both the Silver and Gold Tier, while Platinum members earn 1.2 Zain Plus Points for every 5 Saudi Riyals spent.
Post paid customers on the other hand have a similar earning scheme with a slight change: Silver Tier members earn 1 Zain Plus Point for every 5 Saudi Riyal spent, Gold Tier members earn 1.2 Zain Plus Points for every 5 Saudi Riyals spent, and Platinum members earn 1.3 Zain Plus Points for every 5 Saudi Riyals Spent.
How to redeem Zain Plus Points?
Zain Plus Points are valid for 24 months from the date of issuance (earning) and can only be redeemed for Zain KSA services by calling or sending an sms to 959 and selecting the option of Zain Plus. Members also have the option to redeem at the different Zain branches across the Kingdom. Available redemption options include:
Additional minutes within Zain network
Sms messages within Zain network
Zain internet bundles
SAR 35 credit (available only for prepaid lines)
