Ras Al Khaimah Bank (RAKBANK) in the United Arab Emirates offers two different loyalty programs for its customers; RAKrewards and Barca RAK rewards for football fans.

RAKrewards Program

How register to the rewards program?

Customers holding one of RAK bank’s credit cards; Murabaha, High Flyer Platinum and Madinaty is eligible to enroll in the rewards program free of charge. They can register to the program on the RAKrewards website

How to earn points?

Points vary depending on the card type, the amount spent and whether it’s a local or international purchase.

Customers can earn 3.75 additional points when they spend from AED 1-14,999 and 7.5 points when they spend AED 15,000+ at petrol stations.

Customers can earn additional points when they spend at cinemas or petrol stations, as per below:

In addition, customers have the chance to enter a draw to win 500,000 RAKrewards points if they spend more than AED 10,000 using their Ras Al Khaimah Madinaty or Ras Al Khaimah Madinaty Platinum card within 3 months. Each quarter, the bank picks 25 winners for this opportunity.

How to redeem RAKrewards Points?

Customers can start redeeming points within 36 months acquisition once they reach 10,000 points, they can redeem points for one of the below options:

1. Travel: Customers can redeem points to book tickets from more than 300 airlines, and receive their e-tickets by email when they book directly through the RAKBANK Rewards website.

２. Hotels: Customers can redeem points to book a hotel rooms at over 300,000 hotels worldwide through the Bank's Rewards.

3. SHOPPING: Customers can redeem points to purchase one of the products available in the Rewards Program Store.

４. Vouchers: Customers can redeem points for vouchers from restaurants.
