Customers need to sign up on the program’s website to enroll to the program.

How to earn points
Customers can earn points through local and international purchases on all eligible cards. Similar to other programs, points’ value differs depending on the type of card as shown in the table below. All points are added to the customer's account within 7 working days after the transaction appears on the card’s statement. It is important to note that customers are allowed to accumulate points from a maximum of four cards all in one account.

Customers can redeem points within 12 months of acquisition for one of the following reward options:·      

  • Travel: customers can redeem points to purchase flights at over 550 airlines partnering with Mukafaat Al Bilad program.

  • Hotels: customers can redeem points to book at over 175,000 hotels worldwide partnering with Mukafaat Al Bilad program.

  • Car rentals: customers can redeem points to rent a car from any of the offices available at the Mukafaat Al Bilad program

  • Souq.com: customers can redeem points to shop at souq.com or transfer their points to the souq account.

  • Customers can redeem their points to shop from a variety of electronics, accessories and vouchers available at the Al Bilad online store

  • Exchange Points: Customers can exchange their points into miles at any of the following airlines’ programs:

    • Alaska Airlines

    • American Airlines

    • British Airways

    • Etihad Guest Miles

    • Frontier Airlines

    • Hilton Honors

    • IHG Rewards Club
