The bank automatically enrols customers in this program as soon as they issue a debit or credit card.
How to earn ISKAN COINS?
Customers can earn coins for local or international purchases, as follows:

ISKAN COINS expire after 36 months from the acquisition date.
How to redeem ISKAN COINS ?
Customers can redeem ISKAN COINS through the bank’s rewards website or contact the Bank's customer service. They can redeem points for:
１. Electrical and electronic products from Leaders
２. Car rental from SIXT.
３. Cashback at a rate of 2000 coins- 20 JD and every 5000 coins= 50 JD. Upon redemption, the amount will be added to the card account directly.

How to collect the rewards
- Gift Rewards: customers are requested to visit the merchant to pick up the rewards after three working days. |
- Voucher Rewards: customers are requested to visit the selected bank branch to pick up the voucher within 3 working days. |
- Rewards exchange with partners: customer redeemed points will be transferred to the partner within a maximum of 30 days from redemption. |
- Cashback: Cash reward will be automatically credited to the customer selected card account. |
