Neqaty is the loyalty program offered by Mobily for its customers. The program is designed to reward almost all services from using postpaid or prepaid lines to making calls, sending SMS’s, or purchasing at one of the program’s trusted partner locations across the Kingdom.
How to register in the program
Customers are automatically enrolled in the Neqaty program once they activate a Mobily SIM card. The program has 13 membership levels in this program, each with its set of benefits. Members upgrade as their points increase noting that Levels 12 & 13 are available only for Raqi/VIP Mobily customers. View the full list of benefits here
How to collect Neqaty points?
Prepaid customers can earn Neqaty points on every SAR spent to make calls or send SMS’s. Similarly, postpaid customers earn points for every SAR they pay against their monthly bill. As per the table below:
Collecting points through partners:
To help our customers collect more points and reach higher rewards value, Neqaty collaborated with well-known brands for a more rewarding experience. A list of the partners and points rewarded is listed below:
Banking Partners:
Naqaty also collaborated with a group of banks where customers can transfer their banking rewards points to their Neqaty accounts. For example, Samba Bank offers its customers the Samba Mobily Credit Card, which is the Islamic co-branded credit card by Samba Bank and Mobily. It rewards cardholders with Neqaty points for any retail purchase done using the card. The customer gets 1 point for every 6 SAR spent on the card.
Transferring points from another Rewards program:
Shukran Rewards Program from the Landmark Group: Customers can increase their points balance by transferring points from the Shukran program or vice versa, as per the below table:

LAK Program from Al Ahli Bank: Customers can convert their LAK points to their Neqaty accounts as well. For every 10,000 LAK points, customers can transfer 1,000 Neqaty points.
Earn points from the weekly contest on social media
Mobily’s launch a weekly contest on all of its social media accounts. Users who give a correct answer to the contest question will enter the draw for a chance to win 5,000 points in their points balance. Every week 10 winners are selected.
How to redeem Neqaty points?
Customers should redeem their points within 18 months of acquisition through one of the following channels:
Mobily Services by dialing *1100#
Mobily App for Smartphones.
Calling Mobily Customer Care Center on 1100
as well as cash discounts at more than 1,200 Neqaty partners' outlets.
