All you need to know about the “Tedallal” Rewards Program by Al Awwal Bank

Alawwal Bank in Saudi Arabia offers its customers a comprehensive loyalty program that positively rewards their banking relationship. The Tedallal Rewards Program gives priority to the customers as it offers rewards on the use of most of the bank’s products and services.

How to register for the Tedallal Program?

Alawwal customers are automatically enrolled in the Tedallal Rewards Program when they use any of the bank’s services.

How to collect Tedallal Points?

The Tedallal program offers several opportunities to collect rewards through banking services, Credit Cards, and Debit cards; in addition to that, customers earn points on their current accounts which is an innovative service within bank reward programs. It is worth mentioning that Tedallal points are valid for a year from the day of earning after which they expire, the status of these points shows on the Tedallal summary statement.

Keep in mind that not all the points are credited instantly in the accounts, and range from first of each month for the points earned on current accounts and credit card spend, to the day after for debit card and electronic channel transactions.  

How to redeem Tedallal points?

Customers can redeem Tedallal points for offers or discounts by printing vouchers and presenting them at merchant partners. Preferred customers can redeem points through the website or mobile application then print the vouchers at any Alawwal ATM. Vouchers printed from the Alawwal ATM are valid for 15 days from date of request through Alawwal Internet Banking.

Although there is no minimum number of points needed for redemptions, the smallest Tedallal voucher is for 10,000 points, and Alawwal Bank limits the max number of points to be redeemed in one transaction to 100,000. Vouchers not printed from the Alawwal ATM (for Private Banking customers) are valid for 31 days from the date of request.

Meanwhile, Private Banking Customers can also redeem points by calling the 24-hour call center to request the redemption of their points and receive the Tedallal voucher by mail. The program website includes a detailed list of the available Discounts, Dining Offers, Visa and Mastercard offers

Finally, Tedallal points can also be used to pay your credit card annual fee.
