All you need to know about the “Nasmiles” Rewards Program from FlyNas
Designed to reward customers every time they fly with the airline, Nasmiles is the new loyalty program from Flynas. The program is open to individuals from all ages to join and offers members innovative loyalty rewards allowing them to earn and redeem SMILE Points with flights and all other travel products that Flynas has to offer that makes their journey more memorable.
Benefits and Membership tiers:
Lounge Access:
The program offers complimentary lounge access for Gold and Platinum members to Nasmiles Lounge at Terminal 5 and the Welcome Lounge at Terminal 2 at the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.

In addition to the Nasmiles lounge at the King Fahad International Airport in Dammam and the Welcome Lounge at the Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport in Medina and finally, the Marhaba Lounge at the Dubai International Airport (Terminal 1).
Gold and Platinum members are allowed unlimited visits to lounges when flying with Flynas. These lounges are open 24 hours and offer hot meals, snacks, refreshments and free access to WIFI before their flights. Members should present their card on the Flynas Mobile app and boarding pass for access to the lounge. Note that, members flying Codeshare flights are not eligible for lounge benefits so as the guests accompanying the program member.
Mobile Application:
Nasmiles program is digital as members do not receive an actual card, they can view their digital membership e-card through the Flynas mobile application. The application allows members to book, manage and check-in through the app for Apple or Android smartphones.

Silver Membership:
This is the first membership level of the program; members enroll in this tier upon registration. Benefits include:

How to earn SMILE points?
Members of the Nasmiles program can earn SMILE Points when they book flights, pre-selected meals and seats, additional pre-booked baggage allowance and make use of airport services through flynas.com. Silver and Gold members earn 1 SMILE Point for every 1 SAR spent, excluding taxes, fees and surcharges, meanwhile Platinum members earn an additional 50% on top of the base SMILE Points.
The program also offers the unique feature of “Family Points” which allows members to combine their SMILE Points by setting up a Family Points Account. This feature combines accounts of 8 members without any extra fee; furthermore, every time a Family Points Member flies with Flynas, all of the earned SMILE Points will be added and can be redeemed for any of the program’s benefits.
The feature allows for 1 account leader + 8 members to join the Family Points Account, they do not necessarily need to be family members as long as they have a Nasmiles membership. The account leader is responsible for creating the Family Points Account, inviting members, removing members, making travel bookings, redeeming points and receives all communications about the family account. Members may leave a Family Points Account at any time after completing 1 month of joining; the leaving member (or removed) is left with their remaining unused balance earned from their own transactions. and the overall balance of the Family Points Account is reduced by that same amount of points. Furthermore, an account leader will not be able to leave a Family Points Account at any time unless terminating the account.
Family points are redeemed on a first-in/first-out basis from all combined accounts; however, each member can still redeem their own points towards their flight.
How to redeem SMILES points?
Members can start redeeming and paying for flights and all other travel products that Flynas has to offer when they earn a minimum balance of 100 SMILE Points. They can redeem points for flights, choosing the best seat, purchasing excess baggage and entering selected airport lounges across their network.
Flights:
Fees, Taxes, Surcharges, and any Government tolls are not covered by the redemption and are paid separately.
Members can book either Economy or Business Class cabins across the Domestic and International airline network however, that is subject to availability at the time of booking. SMILE points can only be redeemed for bookings where the flight number begins with XY, for example, flight number XY201.
