How to register for the Ultimate Rewards program?
Customers can enroll in this program on Etihad’s website; they need to register using the bankcard number and designated PIN. A confirmation message is sent to the phone number assigned to that account upon sign up.
How to collect points?
Customers get automatic points for purchases on the cards and other bank services such as cash deposits, money transfers, and loans. However, points’ accumulation varies depending on the credit card type, the service and the country in which the transaction takes places as shown in the tables below:

These are points earned from depositing money directly into the ATM; they are valid for deposits starting from 100 JD and allows a maximum of 25 transactions per month.
Money transfers
These points are earned for money transfers on the Etihad Bank application. Similarly, the number of points varies depending on the amount transferred and the account it is transferred to. Point accumulation is limited to a maximum of 5 transactions per month. Refer to the table below for more details:

It is worth mentioning that the points collection mechanism has been obtained from Al Eithad Bank customers services department, and can be changed or modified at any time.
How to redeem the Ultimate Rewards Points:
Customers can redeem points earned for any of the products available at the Etihad Bank Rewards Store, which also includes a flight and hotel booking engine, donations, points transfer to other account holders and cashback.
E-Shopping: Etihad Bank is also connected to the online payment gateway PointCheckout, allowing its customers to pay with their points online on hundreds of online stores.
