Noor Bank Reward Points
How to enroll in the Reward Points Program?
Customers are enrolled in the program as soon as they issue any of the cards eligible for the loyalty program, namely, Titanium and Platinum Credit Cards and World Credit Cards.
How to earn points?
Customers can earn points on local and international spending transactions or the use of banking products such as: Easy Cash transactions, bill payments and withdrawals from ATMs as follows:
Redeem reward points from Noor Bank
Customers can redeem a minimum of 10,000 points the first time after which the minimum becomes a multiple of 5,000 and points can be redeemed in two ways:
1. Gift vouchers from a range of stores such as Kalyan Jewellery, Goyalokas and more. Every 10,000 points are worth AED 100
２. Cash back credited directly to the card account with a maximum of 2% of the cardholder's limit on the card.
Emirates Skywards program
The partnership between Noor Bank and Emirates Airline allows its customers to earn Skywards Miles through opening a Skywards savings account or using a Noor Wealth Credit Card or Rewards World Credit Card.
Registration in the program
Customers must register to the online banking and provide their Skywards membership number.
Earn miles through a savings account
Miles are earned based on the saved balance as follows:
Credit Cards: Noor Wealth World and Reward World
Upon issuing any of the cards, customers can earn 1.1 Miles for every dollar spent locally and 1.5 Miles for dollar spent internationally.
Redeem Mileage
Customers can redeem Miles for airline tickets on Emirates or FlyDubai, upgrade seats or shopping. In short, customers can redeem points within the same options provided by Skywards.

Jumeirah Sirius Rewards Program
The partnership between Noor Bank and Jumeirah Sirius enrolls the bank's credit cardholders to the Jumeirah Sirius Rewards Program. Upon issuing a Noor Bank credit card customers will receive membership details within 30 days of subscription. This program has 3 different levels: Blue, Silver and Gold.
How to earn points
Noor Bank Credit Card customers receive two Jumeirah Sirius Points for every USD 1 of eligible spend at any Jumeirah’s Hotels & Resorts.
Redeem points
Customers can redeem points with all the available options on the Jumeirah Sirius program, such as:
Shopping through the Jumeirah Rewards Shop
Stay at one of Jumeirah hotels worldwide
Services at any of the Jumeirah resorts and use of facilities.

The original U by Emaar program has 4 levels: Black, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, Noor Bank’s customers are automatically enrolled in the Silver Membership upon issuing a credit card, after which the Emaar rules of upgrades are implemented.
